Why was the curriculum reviewed?


To see how well Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) English Language Arts (ELA) curriculum is preparing students for success in college and career. The review was meant to give staff and the community information to make informed decisions about the ELA curricular materials.

K-3 Curriculum Report Summary

This summary of the October 2021 LCPS, VA audit report was produced by RMC Research Corporation and funded by Friends of Decoding Dyslexia VA in January 2022.  This summary was done in an effort to help the community understand the contents of the full report.
