Yesterday, a letter was sent to the US Department of Education leadership, including Secretary Betsy Devos, from Decoding Dyslexia states. In that letter, states drew attention to the concerns that families have about the next steps for states and districts as they figure out how to serve all children, including those with disabilities covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act, #ADA, and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, #IDEA.
